In a world already saturated with images why do we need more photographs ?
This exhibition answers that question through a rich variety of approaches to the photographic medium.
The work made by these fifteen first year students reflects the renewed energy and invention with which they approach photography . Whilst there is a familiarity about many of the images the work here shows how each of these emerging artists is developing a sense of their practice running parallel to that of other contemporary photographers.
Their work reflects their unique experiences as they develop ideas through the manipulation of the photographic process.
